How far in advance should I place my order?

Ideally your order should be placed 3 months in advance . Express orders (see below)

What is the minimum order turnaround?

The minimum delivery time is 4weeks from placing your order with us.

Can you rush my order through quicker?

We will try our very best to help accommodate rush orders. Please call us asap!

Can we apply our colour scheme to your invitations?

Absolutely. We are happy to work with any colour scheme you have in mind and apply it to our designs. All our designs are custom made (we don't work with templates) allowing anything to be changed.

Do you help with wording our stationery items?

Of course! Upon placing your deposit we will supply you with a wording form that gives you many options

Does the bride or groom’s name go first on our stationery?

Bride goes first ... this comes from tradition, the Brides family giving their daughter away. Once married, the husbands name comes first.

Do we receive a sample mock up of our invitation before production commences?

Yes. This is standard with invitations for all occasions, you can then take the sample home to show your family and friends. This allows you to hold and feel what your finished invitation will look like and make any changes needed to create the perfect invitation for you.

Do you have different fonts to choose from?

We have compiled a list of the most popular fonts and have over 10,000 on our system.

Is there a minimum order?

Our minimum order is 20 invitations, however small orders can be accommodate. A surcharge will apply.

Do you ship nationally and internationally?

All orders are most welcome! We use several post and courier options for prompt and affordable delivery anywhere!
